Important:

To investigate any transaction, we require proof of payment from your bank or mobile money provider. Without this, we cannot trace your payment.

Important:

- Do NOT use WhatsApp for transaction issues.
- Do not send proof of payments, screenshots, or files on WhatsApp.

For your safety and proper investigation, all transaction-related issues must be handled via email support.

NXT Send Get Started

1: Download the NXT Send app.
2: Read more about NXT Send by clicking on Next or choosing Skip.
3: Enter your Personal Details.
4: Enter your First Name.
5: Enter your Last Name.
6: Create a Password with at least 6 characters.
7: Repeat your Password.
8: Enter a referral code if you received one. (This is Optional.)
9: Please read our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
If you agree to these, click the checkbox.Then click Continue.
10: Enter your phone number. Click Continue.
11: Select a verification method that is convenient for you.
12: We recommend WhatsApp.
If you do not have access to WhatsApp for this number, choose SMS, but note that International SMS Provider rates may apply.
If you wish to change your Number, click on Change Number; otherwise, click Continue.
13: You will receive your NXT Verification code via the method you selected.
14: Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your phone number.
15: Enter your email address to help us verify your identity.Click Continue.
16: You will receive your NXT activation code via the email address provided. Click Continue.
17: Enter the verification code sent to your email address and click: Verify
18: You should see an “Email verified successfully” screen.
19: Now you can click: Login
20: Before you can do any transactions, we are required to Verify Your ID. Click Submit ID.
21: Select your ID Type: ID or Passport
22: Submit ID Information based on your selection.
23: Click: Submit Details
24: You should see an “Identity Verification” screen.
25: Finally, you can click on: Done
26: Welcome to NXT Send.

Logging Into Your NXT Send Account

1: Open the NXT app
2: Enter your mobile number in international format (e.g., +27…)
3: Enter your password
OR use Biometrics if enabled.
4: Tap Login

TIP: Enable Biometrics to make Sign In easier.

If you have trouble accessing your account, select “Forgot your password” and follow the reset steps. A new password will be created for you.

How to Buy NXT

Buying NXT is fast and easy:

1: With NXT Send, you buy credits that you can use to send to friends and family back home.
2: Click on Buy.
3: Select a payment method.
- (Use the easiest payment method available in the country you are in)
4: Enter the amount.
- The fees and NXT values are clearly displayed.
5: Review the transaction an if you are happy, click Confirm and pay.
6: Tap to confirm or use your password.
7: Follow the steps for the payment method you selected.
- Your balance will be updated on the Home Screen.
8: When you click on the transaction, you can view all the details and even save a receipt.
9: Now you are ready to send money home.

Your NXT balance will update automatically once the payment provider confirms the deposit—usually within minutes.

Withdraw NXT to your Bank Account

1: Open the NXT Send App.
2: Sign in.
3: Add your banking Information.
4: Select your bank.
5: Enter your account number & make sure it is correct before you Update.
6: Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
7: Review this transaction and confirm by clicking on Withdraw.
8: Confirm this transaction.
9: You will see a summary screen for the withdrawal with all the relevant information.
10: The transaction details are available via the Home Screen, and you can view and save a receipt.

Withdraw NXT to your MoMo

1: Open the NXT Send App.
2: Sign in.
3: On the Home Screen, choose Withdraw.
3: Select your withdrawal method.
3: Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
3: Review and confirm the withdrawal.
3: Confirm this withdrawal.
3: You will see a confirmation screen with the withdrawal information.

Send Local Currency with NXT

1: Open the NXT Send app.
2: Sign in.
3: On the Home Screen, choose Send.
4: KYC Verification is required to send local currency.
5: Complete KYC, then choose Send Local Currency.
6: You can select a contact or enter a phone number if the person is not in your contacts.
7: Enter the recipient's real name as it appears on their ID or passport.
8: Choose the country your recipient is in. This will determine both the local currency and the delivery method.
9: Enter the recipient's mobile number in international format.
The leading 0 is dropped.
Make sure this number is correct, then click: Next.
10: Some countries may request the recipient's ID number.
11: Enter the recipient's ID number & Continue.
12: Enter the amount you want to send in your local currency.
All fees and NXT Balances are displayed below.
The amount the recipient will receive in THEIR local currency is displayed so you know exactly how much they will receive.
13: Enter a transaction note for your reference & click Send.
14: Review the transaction & click Send.
15: Confirm this transaction.
16: You should see a Transaction successful screen with a summary also indicating how this amount has been transferred.
17: The transaction will show as Pending on your Home Screen until Completed.
18: You can view the transaction details by clicking on it on your Home Screen.
19: You can also view and save your receipt for this transaction.
20: The recipient will be notified when the funds have been paid.

Receive NXT

1: Open the NXT Send app.
2: Sign In.
3: On the Home Screen, select Receive.
4: Select the person you want to request money from.
5: Enter the amount you want to request.
6: Type a message explaining why you are requesting money.
7: Review the transaction and confirm.
8: You’ll receive a notification when they approve your request.
9: Your balance will be updated, and you will see the transaction on your home page.

Having problems accessing your friend?

iOS

1: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
2: Tap Contacts, then tap on NXT
3: Choose how much access to your contacts you're giving the app (below Contacts Access).
4: If you're giving Limited Access, tap Edit Selected Contacts to choose individuals. Select or deselect individual contacts, then tap Done.

Android

1: Open your phone's Settings app.
2: Tap Apps (or "Apps & notifications," "Applications").
3: Tap See all apps (if needed) and find NXT.
4: Tap the app, then tap Permissions.
5: Tap Contacts.
6: Select Allow or "Allow only while in use" (depending on the app).

Send NXT

1: Open the NXT Send app.
2: Sign in.
3: On the Home screen, choose Send.
4: Select Send NXT.
5: Sending NXT is FREE. To send NXT, your friends and family need to have the NXT Send app.
6: Select who you want to send NXT to.
7: Enter the amount you wish to send.
8: Type a message to the person & click Send.
9: Confirm this transaction.
10: This transaction will show on the home screen.
11: Click to view the transaction details.
12: The person you sent NXT to will receive a WhatsApp message and a notification in the NXT app.
13: Thank you for using NXT.

Forgot Password

1: Click on Forgot Password
2: Enter your Mobile Number in international format. (The 0 at the beginning is removed) Ie: +27 12 345 6789
3: Click Send
4: The verification code is sent to the email address you used for sign-up.
5: Get the code in your email.
6: Enter the 6 digits received in your email.
7: Click Verify Code
8: Enter your new password.
9: Confirm your new password.
10: Click Change Password.
11: You will return to the Home Screen, where you can now log in using the new password you created.

Delete Account

1: Open NXT Send app
2: Click on Settings.
3: On the Settings tab, scroll to the bottom and click on: Delete Account
4: Note that this Action is permanent.
5: Deleting your account cannot be undone.
6: Any funds remaining in your account will be permanently forfeited.
7: All transaction records and statements will be permanently deleted.
8: If you still wish to delete your account, click the checkbox to confirm that you understand & agree to the following:
- I understand that my account balance and all data will be permanently deleted and this action cannot be reversed.
10:Then click on: Delete Permanently
11: Lastly, confirm that you are requesting to delete your account.

Important Safety Rules

Agents must never ask customers for their NXT password.
Customers do not need to share personal information manually. The NXT app shares the required transaction information when the Profile QR code is scanned.
All fees must be agreed before the transaction is confirmed.
Any disputes must be reported immediately to love@nxtpay.io.
